About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Maintenance Planner / Coordinator to join a growing maintenance services provider based in Greenford. This office-based role involves overseeing the planning and coordination of maintenance activities across multiple contracts to ensure efficient service delivery and high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop and manage detailed maintenance schedules, including PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance), reactive tasks, and quoted works, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

Resource Allocation: Coordinate workforce, equipment, and materials to deliver maintenance services on time and within budget.

Schedule Management: Monitor and adjust maintenance schedules, prioritise urgent requests, and manage service visits to reduce operational downtime.

Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate potential risks such as equipment issues, resourcing challenges, or health and safety concerns.

Communication Coordination: Serve as a key communication point between maintenance teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records, including job logic entries, inspection reports, and other relevant documentation.

Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as PPM compliance, response/resolution times, and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement.
