We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical repairs and maintenance, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all machinery and vehicles are operating efficiently.
Duties
* Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles and machinery to identify problems or malfunctions.
* Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake adjustments, and tyre rotations.
* Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
* Repair or replace faulty parts and components as necessary.
* Maintain accurate records of all repairs and maintenance performed.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and components.
* Proficient in using diagnostic equipment and hand tools.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Good communication skills to effectively liaise with colleagues and clients.
* Previous experience in automotive or machinery repair is desired.
