We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Car Sales Executive position at their established dealership in Slough. This is a prime opportunity for an experienced motor trade professional to advance their career within a reputable and customer-focused environment.

* Basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £40,000+
* 5‑day working week, Monday to Saturday, with a fixed day off during the week
* No Sundays required

Duties as a Car Sales Executive
* Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and requirements
* Present suitable vehicle options and conduct effective product demonstrations
* Lead the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
* Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle models, features, and promotional offers
* Complete all administrative tasks accurately related to sales transactions
Qualifications / Requirements
* Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive or in a similar sales role within the motor trade
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Proactive attitude with a drive to succeed in a competitive environment
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced dealership setting
* Residency within 10 miles of Slough or Maidenhead
* Full UK driving licence is essential
