Title: Interim Fire Safety Consultant Statement of work: What will the consultant be required to deliver during this period? Primarily assessing the evidence supporting proposed closure of FRA actions to ensure that the evidence we hold is suitable and sufficient. If evidence is not at the standard required, then liaison with the contractors to resolve promptly. Ensuring FRA actions are triaged and issued to correct delivery solution, preparing suitable scopes of works, evaluating suitability of completion evidence and preparing evidence for validation by the Building Safety Compliance team. Rationale/Business case: Justification as to why you need resource: To bolster the consultants currently in place to promptly close out the backlog of FRA actions.
