Job Title: Training & Development CoordinatorTraining and Development CoordinatorSalary - Circa £29,000 depending on skills & experiencePermanent, 37 hours per weekLincoln Dive into a world of opportunity, and join our team!As part of the technical training team, this role will coordinate and plan the technical training delivery across Anglian Water, utilising the Learning Management System, SAP and other external systems. Plan and schedule training and assessments to meet the requirements of the Training Delivery Manager, AW's Safe and Well "management of" procedures, and in response to staff turnover. Ensure training is refreshed as required and where appropriate liaise with Operational Managers and OA's to facilitate this.
