Job reference 338418 Regional Account Executive - Peterborough/Hybrid 35,696 plus annual bonus potential, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays rising with service and a company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates Permanent, Full time Peterborough Mail Centre / 3 times per week in office (MON-WEDS) We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Regional Account Executive to manage and grow a diverse portfolio of customers. This inside sales role is focused on delivering revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying opportunities to expand share of wallet through tailored solutions and proactive engagement. About the role • Manage and grow a portfolio of approximately 200 customers to achieve revenue and business targets. • Drive revenue growth through retention, upselling and securing new opportunities. • Develop and execute portfolio plans to increase share of spend and enhance customer satisfaction. • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring needs are represented internally and resolved effectively. • Deploy new products, campaigns and tailored pricing solutions to meet customer needs. • Collaborate with internal teams and third parties to maximise customer and commercial outcomes. • Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline management and performance reporting. About you • Strong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth and customer value. • Experience managing customer portfolios in a sales or account management environment. • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills. • Highly organised and able to manage a high volume of customer interactions effectively. • Self-motivated and comfortable working with autonomy and ambiguity. • Strong written skills with the ability to create compelling proposals and business cases. • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
