QUALIFIED EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONERS REQUIRED
We are Grow Learn Play Project CIC. We are looking for a qualified person to join our team. We pride ourselves on a lively, fun environment to work in and are committed to staff training and where possible, progression with our organisation.
We run a nursery and community support program from the East Street Centre at Calder Close. We care for children aged 0-pre-school in our main nursery and school age to 11 in our playscheme. We are a not for profit organisation meaning that we reinvest any profits arising from the nursery back into our provision, staff training and support and growing our organisation. We have four well maintained and resourced rooms plus extensive gardens with allotment, forest school, sand pits and play equipment and outdoor classrooms encouraging a wide range of activities and experiences. We are currently looking for an experienced and Level 3 Qualified Early Years Practitioner to fill a permanent position within the setting. The right candidate will be passionate about working with children, self-motivated and have an enthusiastic approach to their work with ideally English and Math's grade C or equivalent.
The position is full time, working between the hours of 8am and 4pm with a weekly requirement to cover 4-6 one night per week on a rotational basis or two of 4-5 ,total 39.5 hours per week. You will be working alongside other qualified members of staff in a friendly and supportive setting. We could accept term time only or all year round applicants but must be qualified to a minimum Level 3.
