Your Responsibilities as a Talent Acquisition Manager: You will be instrumental in attracting and securing exceptional talent for our various teams, from client-facing roles in sales and lettings to essential support functions in property management and administration. This requires developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle with a focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will also cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and external partners, while proactively monitoring industry trends and contributing to initiatives that enhance Johns&Co's reputation as a leading employer. Your Skills and Experience: Comprehensive experience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Adept at utilising a variety of sourcing channels and platforms to identify and attract candidates within the property industry. Strong ability to conduct effective screening calls and utilise various assessment methods to evaluate candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and external partners. A proactive attitude and a keen interest in how your role contributes to the overall success of the business. Experience utilising Applicant Tracking Systems and other relevant recruitment software and tools. Thorough knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process. Why Join Us?
