You will be working closely with the Finance Director, taking responsibility for the transactional finance team and ensuring a smooth and efficient month-end process. You will also act as a key business partner to the wider organisation, providing insight and financial guidance to drive performance and support future growth.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop the transactional finance team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
* Oversee the month-end process, delivering timely and accurate financial reporting.
* Assist the Finance Director with strategic projects and financial planning to support the company's growth objectives.
* Act as a key business partner across the organisation, providing commercial and financial insight to support decision making.
* Ensure robust financial controls and processes are maintained as the business scales.
* Support cash flow management, forecasting, and working capital strategies.
* Help drive continuous process improvement and system enhancements within finance operations.
