Field Service Engineer (Coffee) Epsom and GUILDFORD areas)
Salary: £32,000.00 (£36,000.00 with overtime per year)
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global market leader in the manufacture of professional coffee machines as a Field Service Engineer. Covering the EPSOM and GUILDFORD areas.
Due to ongoing expansion and growth plans they are looking to expand their Field Service Engineering team within and around the EPSOM and GUILDFORD areas.
Duties
* The main responsibility of the field service engineer role is to install, service and repair traditional and automatic coffee machines to our high standards and to accurately record all work conducted to ensure it can be invoiced as required to the customer.
The Role
* Installing and setting up coffee equipment on customers premises.
* The role will be working to an allocated service route and attending customer sites to carry out service, repair and installation work.
* Conducting the demonstration of our equipment.
* Attending customers sites to carry out routine servicing.
* Accurately administering installation, service, and repair activities, through company systems.
* Support the efficient organisation of work routines for employees within the team.
* To effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
* To consistently deliver superior customer service throughout.
Experience Required
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role is advantageous.
Must have previous electrical and mechanical experience.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong electrical skills and mechanical skills.
* Ability to show initiative and adapt to frequently changing requirements.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* To be able to follow company procedures, client specifications accurately and safely.
* To be able to work to deadlines and manage time effectively.
* A willingness to learn and attend training.
