We’re looking for someone who thrives on achievement, driving forward-momentum with a good dose of resilience. Excited by delivering results, creating new contacts, forming new relationships and has a passion for beauty, retail & large corporate organisations, this person must be able to tailor and flex messages accordingly & think on their feet. The role: Generate new business opportunities with both consumer and corporate clients. Target purchasing and marketing/brand contacts within the leading consumer, beauty and corporate organisations. Use proactive outreach and sophisticated networking to connect with the right contact, building relationships and converting to leads. Uncover opportunities for immediate sales / opportunities, or ensure RFP shortlisting depending on the target’s strategy. Responsibilities include: Identifying contacts within target accounts; researching in line with our strategy, prospecting (supported by our digital tools & channels). Focused and targeted prospecting, rather than large scope unfocused activity. You will be required to take a sophisticated commercial approach to unlocking a tight list of prospects. Tailoring decks and curating case studies to deliver the right message to a varied audience. Keeping abreast of the competition / innovation and relaying industry & broader insight back into the organisation. Must have: Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and organisational skills.
