Flourish are hiring for a fantastic company in Manchester (hybrid) Salford Quays (3 days a week) - £28k-£32k base 10k OTE We design, source & deliver branded corporate, retail & promotional merchandise for many of the world’s best loved brands. The ideal candidate must be passionate about the company and have a desire to share that with prospective clients. You must be comfortable with understanding the broader organisation, have an awareness of product and industry trends, be able to meet deadlines, multitask and prioritise workload accordingly. Likewise, a keen eye for detail and comprehensive organisation skills are a vital asset. This is a sales-orientated, results-driven role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on achievement, driving forward-momentum with a good dose of resilience. Excited by delivering results, creating new contacts, forming new relationships and has a passion for beauty, retail & large corporate organisations, this person must be able to tailor and flex messages accordingly & think on their feet. The role: Generate new business opportunities with both consumer and corporate clients. Target purchasing and marketing/brand contacts within the leading consumer, beauty and corporate organisations. Use proactive outreach and sophisticated networking to connect with the right contact, building relationships and converting to leads. Uncover opportunities for immediate sales / opportunities, or ensure RFP shortlisting depending on the target’s strategy. Responsibilities include: Identifying contacts within target accounts; researching in line with our strategy, prospecting (supported by our digital tools & channels). Focused and targeted prospecting, rather than large scope unfocused activity. You will be required to take a sophisticated commercial approach to unlocking a tight list of prospects. Tailoring decks and curating case studies to deliver the right message to a varied audience. Keeping abreast of the competition / innovation and relaying industry & broader insight back into the organisation. Must have: Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and organisational skills. Comfort, experience and passion for presenting A resilience from setbacks, ability to self-motivate, manage own time, work under pressure, and a ‘can do’ attitude. Commercial awareness and attention to detail. A joy in delivering results & hitting target. An openness to try new technological/digital approaches and an attitude of ‘test, learn, iterate’.
