Clinical Negligence Solicitor Full Time, Permanent
Up to £45,000 + 25% profit share (ability to earn approx £25,000 extra in profit)
Barnsley
Hybrid working (2 days at home, 3 in the office)
An exciting full-time opportunity to a join one of Yorkshire's most highly rated law firms. We are seeking a highly experienced clinical negligence solicitor.
Job Details and Benefits:
* Hybrid working – ability to work from the office and from home (2 days at home, 3 in the office)

Main duties and responsibilities:
* Manage a full caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to conclusion.
* Liaise with clients, medical experts, and other stakeholders to gather evidence and develop case strategies.
* Provide high-quality legal advice to clients on liability, causation, and quantum in clinical negligence matters.
* Attend court hearings, mediation, and settlement negotiations.
* Prepare legal documents, including witness statements, pleadings, and expert reports.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal and medical issues and developments.
* Support senior colleagues with complex and high-value claims, assisting in delivering excellent client service
What we need from you:
* 2 years PQE as a qualified solicitor
* Extensive PI and Clinical Negligence experience.
* Autonomous and self sufficient
* Demonstrable experience of providing clients with quality advice and guidance.
* Strong technical and IT skills.
