My Client is seeking a motivated and high-performing IT Service Desk Engineer to join their Digital team. This is an excellent opportunity to support a growing organisation with a national presence and a global audience.
You will provide high-quality, day-to-day IT support to employees while proactively ensuring systems, devices, and services operate efficiently. The role combines reactive service desk support with continuous improvement of IT service delivery and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-class IT service desk support to office-based and remote users
Manage user account changes, onboarding, and offboarding
Support and administer Microsoft 365 environments
Provide mobile device support and management
Deliver IT support across Preston and London offices
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Ensure professional presentation of IT systems, equipment, and workspaces

You will demonstrate strong technical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A proactive attitude, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
