Responsibilities
* Own IAM strategy, roadmap and product vision across IGA, PAM, certificates, secrets, and key management.
* Align IAM to Zero Trust principles and regulatory requirements.
* Translate business and security needs into product features.
* Work with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to deliver secure, scalable IAM products.
* Drive adoption and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities.
* Engage with leaders across Security, IT, HR, Risk, Compliance and Audit.
* Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, GDPR and internal audit expectations.
* Manage risk, technical debt, and remediation plans.
* Lead vendor relationships, contracts, and product performance.
* Track product metrics and improve automation and self-service.
Qualifications
* 7+ years' experience in cybersecurity/identity roles and 5+ years in product management.
* Strong understanding of IAM domains: IGA, PAM, cryptography, certificates, secrets.
* Experience in regulated, large-scale enterprise environments.
* Ability to simplify complex IAM concepts for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Experienced with tools like SailPoint, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Venafi.
* Knowledge of Zero Trust and cloud IAM architectures.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SAFe or Scrum Product Owner.
