About this Opportunity

Are you ready to drive groundbreaking change at one of the UK’s leading financial institutions? Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an exceptionally dedicated and motivated Organisational Change & Implementation Manager to join our Organisational Change and Implementation Team (OC&I).

This role is pivotal in crafting our future, driving innovation, and implementing flawless organisational changes. You'll be part of a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where collaboration and excellence are paramount. You can look forward to collaborating with cross-functional teams, leaders, and stakeholders to drive successful change initiatives across the group. From organisation redesign to TUPEs and acquisitions, you’ll be at the forefront of driving positive impact.

What you'll be doing

1. Manages relationships with internal stakeholders & HR People teams to ensure their needs are met while supporting senior colleagues in leading more meaningful customer relationships.

2. Analyses key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business. Utilises AI to increase efficiencies and support delivery of outcomes.

3. Grows own capabilities by pursuing and investing in personal development opportunities, supports development and capabilities of peers provides specialised training or mentor in area of expertise to others throughout the organisation.

4. Re- imagines work and existing processes based on user feedback and backed by data analysis. Recommends and implements improvements to existing business practices, while developing and delivering Organisational Change projects or a workstream within the organisation's change management programme with guidance from senior colleagues.

5. Develops procedures and interprets and applies policy for area of expertise to achieve specified outputs, or advises the wider business on application of policy, then monitors implementation of those procedures within the organisation. Utilises Agile change methods to execute work.

6. Delivers own small-scale or medium-scale projects by working within an established programme management plan.

7. Adopts a growth mind-set, recommends ways to improve support for operations by changing policies, processes, standards and practices.

8. Delivers prescribed outcomes for a designated area, using risk management systems to ensure the organisation is not exposed to undue risks.

9. Identifies and evaluates complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs.

10. Develops and/or delivers a plan for a specific area of responsibility.

11. Brings strong specialist HR expertise, including hands‑on experience delivering TUPEs and acquisitions, and applies solid knowledge of employment law and union engagement.

14. Builds and manages relationships with senior and executive‑level stakeholders, influencing effectively and delivering at pace in demanding settings.

15. Develops and manages complex portfolios of work, creating structured plans to drive delivery of outcomes and key milestones.

16. Anticipates business needs proactively, making sound prioritisation decisions and maintaining resilience when balancing multiple demands.

17. Champions innovation and nurtures a growth mindset within the team, seeking out opportunities to improve ways of working.

18. Demonstrates strong learning agility, rapidly absorbing new information, shifting across a wide range of topics with confidence.

19. Applies creative problem‑solving to shape effective, user‑centred solutions that address complex business challenges.

20. Anticipates risks, issues, and opportunities early, taking proactive action to mitigate impacts or accelerate progress.

21. Uses data confidently, tracking relevant metrics and insights to inform decisions and support delivery.

22. The ability to confidently and responsibly use Artificial Intelligence (AI) & data insights, to enhance the quality, speed, and impact of organisational change. Utilise AI to deliver and simplify complex information, generate insights, improve communication and enhance colleague experience.
