Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Migration Expert to lead the migration of data from various Quality Management Systems (QMS) including Caliber QMS, Trackwise, and SoftXpert into the Veeva Quality Vault. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in data migration tools, and processes, as well as a deep understanding of QMS platforms and Veeva systems. This role is critical to ensuring seamless data migration, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business team to understand migration requirements, including data prioritization, categorization, and compliance needs.
* Analyze existing data structures and workflows within Caliber QMS, Trackwise, and SoftXpert.
* Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems to Veeva Quality Vault while preserving data accuracy and integrity.
* Execute hands-on data migration tasks, including extraction, cleaning, and importing data into Veeva Quality Vault QMS.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards during all phases of data migration.
* Perform rigorous testing to validate the successful migration of data.
* Document processes, workflows, and findings to provide clear insights and recommendations.
* Train team members in new processes and tools related to data migration and management.
Required Qualifications
* Hands-on expertise with Caliber QMS, Trackwise, SoftXpert, and Veeva Quality Vault.
* Proficiency in ETL tools and techniques.
* Strong understanding of regulatory and data compliance standards in quality management.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
