Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking an experienced, customer-focused, hardworking individual to join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Store Person. You will be responsible for accurately receipting incoming goods, picking, preparing, packing, and dispatching orders while adhering to workplace health and safety standards. This hands-on role requires working in a fast-paced environment.
A forklift license and knowledge of regulatory and OH&S standards are required.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Liaising with customers and responding to requests professionally and promptly
* Collaborating with Sales & Service Support Coordinators
* Receiving, checking, and allocating incoming stock; reporting discrepancies
* Handling goods carefully and storing them efficiently to maximize space and reduce damage
* Picking, labelling, and packing orders for dispatch
* Loading and unloading stock from trucks and vehicles
* Utilizing labour resources and transport effectively
* Managing stock movements through periodic stock checks and stocktakes
* Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse
* Performing heavy manual handling of stock safely
Qualifications and traits:
* At least 2 years of warehousing/distribution experience
* Valid Driver’s License
* White card (desirable)
* Picker license (desirable)
* Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good communication skills
* Attention to detail, motivated, and customer-focused
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
* Hands-on attitude and integrity
