What You Will Do:
* Install advanced equipment to manufacturer specifications, ensuring optimal performance.
* Provide expert training to customers on proper operation procedures after installation.
* Diagnose and repair systems both in-house and at customer sites, delivering exceptional service.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently, whether by phone or through on-site visits.
* Stay up to date with the latest service bulletins and technical training to maintain high standards.
* Identify and promote sales opportunities, passing them on to the sales team proactively.
What You Will Bring:
* Ideally experience in a similar multi-discipline service role.
* Experience in metrology is highly desirable but not essential.
* A self-motivated, proactive approach with a flexible, can-do attitude.
* A full, clean driving licence and the willingness to travel, including occasional early starts and late finishes.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver excellent customer support.
