What you'll do at work

Responsibilities
* Billing System Management: Assist in updating and maintaining billing data, making adjustments, verifying accuracy, troubleshooting discrepancies, and supporting financial reporting related to billing.
* Purchase Ledger Maintenance: Support processing purchase invoices, matching invoices with purchase orders, resolving discrepancies, ensuring ledger accuracy, and liaising with suppliers.
* Handling Financial Queries: Act as the first point of contact for finance-related queries, resolve discrepancies, and collaborate to improve processes.
* Support in Purchasing: Assist procurement activities, maintain records, analyze supplier costs, and help reduce hardware purchase costs.

What you'll learn
* Assist with financial data inquiries, record and analyze data, apply double-entry bookkeeping, assist in preparing accounts, reconcile data, resolve transactional issues, develop stakeholder relationships, communicate financial info clearly, utilize digital tools, and maintain data security.
Your training plan
Delivered virtually by experienced trainers, focusing on real-world skills using modern technology, with coaching and guidance throughout.
Requirements
Essential qualifications: 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (A*-C/9-4 or equivalent). Other relevant qualifications and experience may be considered.
Skills: Communication, attention to detail, organization, basic Excel and Outlook, English language, proactivity, initiative, collaboration, telephone manner, IT skills, confidentiality.
