You'll be the number one contact for our guests through their stay, effortlessly reflecting our values of Meticulous, Heritage and Trust. And as you make the role your own, you'll be nurtured and developed with considered career progression to ensure you flourish within our team.
Here's the role in a nutshell. You will:
Act as a hotel ambassador at all times as you will be representing the brand and the company.
Greet all hotel guests and assist them with check-in and check-out.
To comply with all Security and Health & Safety policies.
Eye for detail, have the ability to maintain high standards, be receptive to training and coaching.
To have the ability to work under supervision, be polite and helpful to both team members and guests, have good communication skills, be friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learn.
Be fluent in spoken and written English and have the ability to communicate and interact with multi-cultural clientele.
Possess a positive, motivated, friendly, trustworthy outlook whilst on duty.
To act upon guest feedback to continually improve our experiences.
To look for ways to continuously improve personal knowledge and skills and be actively involved with leaders in the creation of office best practices.
About you:
Previous Front Desk experience in hositality is essenital.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and professional manner.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer systems and reservation software (e.g. Opera, PMS systems, Microsoft Office).
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and handle guest issues effectively.
Good numeracy and administrative skills.
A strong understanding of customer service principles and guest satisfaction.
Confident in handling cash, payments, and basic financial transactions.
