Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, manage, and execute multiple construction projects simultaneously from award to completion
2. Develop project schedules, budgets, work plans, and procurement strategies
3. Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
4. Manage contract documents, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reporting
5. Monitor job costs, productivity, and progress to ensure financial performance
6. Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
7. Maintain clear communication with clients, owners, engineers, and internal leadership
8. Support bidding and preconstruction efforts as needed, including scope reviews and cost estimates
9. Lead project closeout activities, including punch lists, documentation, and record drawings
10. Promote and uphold strong culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications
11. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
12. 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil, utilities, site work, or marine construction
13. Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
14. Experience managing public and private sector infrastructure projects
15. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices
16. Proficiency with construction management software (, scheduling, cost tracking, and document control tools)
17. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
18. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, field-oriented environment
