Working on the Sizewell C Project
Lead performance. Drive clarity. Shape delivery on one of the UK’s most ambitious nuclear infrastructure programmes. We’re looking for a Project Controls Manager to help steer the successful delivery of the Sizewell C project — bringing structure, insight and forward‑looking analysis across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting. You'll play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable intelligence that supports confident decision‑making at senior levels.
What you’ll do
* Manage and integrate project controls across cost, schedule, risk, change and reporting.
* Produce high‑quality month‑end reports and lead performance review sessions.
* Coordinate and assure project controls data across internal teams and supply chain partners.
* Drive progress reporting, forecasting, variance analysis and improvement opportunities.
* Present meaningful narrative and insight to senior stakeholders.
* Support digital‑first, modernised ways of working within project controls.
What you’ll bring
* Proven project controls experience in large, complex infrastructure environments.
* Strong capability across cost, estimating, planning, risk and change management.
* Solid grounding in earned value analysis and performance measurement.
* Ability to lead within a matrix environment and influence senior stakeholders.
* Confident communicator with a proactive, analytical mindset.
Desirable
* Professional memberships or certifications (AACE, PMI, APM etc.).
* Familiarity with analytics tools such as Power BI.
* Understanding of NEC/FIDIC and/or experience within the nuclear sector.
