The Role
The role consists of supporting a varied residential property caseload from instruction through to completion. It includes preparing and reviewing documents, liaising with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors, and maintaining accurate case files. The role also involves general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing and correspondence. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in residential property transactions within a professional and supportive office environment.
The Candidate
A motivated Conveyancing Assistant with experience in residential property work or legal administration is required. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail‑oriented and confident managing multiple tasks in a busy team environment. You will have excellent communication skills and a professional approach to client service. Applicants must live locally or in the surrounding area to allow easy access to the office.
