We are looking for experienced, customer focused, friendly trainees who have a genuine enthusiasm for pets to join our salons.
We are currently recruiting for a Trainee Stylist within our Dogwood salon covering Billingshurst.
Responsibilities of a Trainee Stylist:
* Demonstrating a hands-on approach to train to Dogwoods high standards.
* Supporting your stylist in preparing the dogs ready for their groom.
* Responsible for the sales performance of the salon.
* Booking and managing appointments.
* Delivering high standards of customer service.
* Going 'the extra mile' for every customer
* Ensuring first class spa presentation by our high level of housekeeping and maintenance of equipment.
* Completing a Grooming portfolio to track your training and progress.Requirements of a Trainee Stylist:
* A genuine interest in Dogwood, our vision, our products, and our values
* A confident and positive approach to handling dogs
* Willing to build strong relationships with our customers and their pets
* Excellent communication skills
* A thirst for continued training and team development
* The drive and determination to work equally well as part of a busy team and under own initiative.
