Role : You'll be the go-to person for our nursing team, guiding them through their daily tasks, mentoring student nurses, and ensuring everyone feels heard and supported. From handling complaints with care to running the show during surgeries and consultations, your expertise will shine in every aspect of veterinary care.
Hours : This is a full-time role between 35 and 40 hours per week. Saturdays are shared on a rota basis of 1 in 5 the opening hours are 9 to 5 and are factored into the weekly hours.
Applicant Requirements : Ideally, you would be experienced in all aspects of veterinary nursing and have some previous experience being a clinical coach and also managing rotas for a team.
Salary : Competitive salary to £35,000 for 40 hours per week depending on experience. There are other benefits aswell such as discounts at the practice, pension schem.
