Project Manager
We have a permanent, full time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £38,656 pro rata per year, rising to £41,777 pro rata per year after key competencies of the role are met.
The role of Project Manager is a pivotal role as they are responsible for the successful delivery of the business projects and are accountable for the co-ordination and effective delivery of strategic and business change projects that make up the wider change programme.
To be successful in the role of Project Manager you will have 3 years previous experience of project management and be educated to Degree level, holding a project management qualification, Prince II or equivalent as well as having skills below:
Good judgment with knowledge and experience to make the right decision
Resilient in an environment of conflicting and complex demands
Organised in your approach to work with great attention to detail
Effective communication skills to be able to provide solution focused advice and support.
Ability to build meaningful relationships and partnerships, will colleagues at all levels of the business, based on mutual trust and accountability.
A change agent that can successfully influence and implement change with exceptional colleague engagement.
A strong level of IT literacy, in particular the use of Microsoft Teams/Office plus other subject related systems/databases.
