Assists the team in maintaining accurate and on-time reports and records. Will be required to support in all sales administration, telephones and receptionist work.
Essential Duties:
-Raising quotations
-Customer contact point for order updates and incoming enquiries
-Point of contact for internal and external customers and sales support.
-Processing of sales order and stock orders.
-Liaise with internal departments as appropriate to complete the sales process.
-Ensure all sales order process are followed and adhered to.
-Assist in stock control
-To follow an organized and methodical process that ensures sales admin process is accurate and precise.
-These duties are not exhaustive and may vary from time to time, depending on the needs of the business.
Requirements:
· Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions.
· Advanced written and verbal communication skills, together with a strong driven ethic for completing tasks.
· Organisational skills with attention to detail.
· Flexible attitude and a pragmatic approach to workload and duties.
