Marketing & Business Development Manager | London (EC3A) | up to £80k with hybrid working
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to join a progressive and growing law firm. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on driving sustainable growth, enhancing brand presence, and supporting fee earners in winning and retaining business.
Working closely with the CEO and Heads of Practice, you will take ownership of the firm’s marketing and business development strategy, combining creativity with commercial insight to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver integrated marketing strategies across digital, content and campaigns
* Oversee external agencies managing SEO, PPC, social media and email marketing
* Drive business development initiatives in collaboration with Heads of Practice
* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams
* Support fee earners in building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Manage lead generation processes, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion
* Track performance, analyse data and report on ROI and key metrics
* Promote brand consistency and increase market visibility
Skills & Experience
* 7–10+ years’ experience in marketing and business development, ideally within legal or professional services
* Proven track record of delivering growth and successful campaigns
* Experience with legal directory submissions (e.g. Legal 500)
* Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with CRM systems and digital marketing tools
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
