We’re on the hunt for a tech-savvy, data-driven, and creative E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to supercharge D2C growth across the UK & EU.

What You’ll Do:
* Website Management:
* Oversee e-commerce site development with 3rd-party developers
* Optimize navigation, collections, UX, and product launches
* Align online product drops with inventory & marketing priorities
Digital Marketing & Paid Social:
* Plan, launch & optimize Paid Social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest)
* Run A/B tests, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies
* Monitor metrics, deliver insights, and manage budgets
* Collaborate with creative/content teams to ensure ad impact
* Deliver clear performance reports & sales forecasts
* Manage marketing calendar and online trading budget
* Track trends to stay ahead of the curve
Inventory Management:
* Coordinate inventory with merchandising and logistics teams
* Ensure site readiness ahead of key launches and promos
What You’ll Bring:
* 4+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing (sportswear or footwear ideal)
* Proven success in Paid Social: Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest
* Deep experience with Shopify/Shopify+
* Skilled in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite
* Strong performance marketing mindset (ROI, conversions, CPL)
