Voyage Care is a leading care company specialising in supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities. We’re looking for a Digital Apprentice to join our Leadership Development team at our Lichfield office.
This is a hands-on, hybrid role where you’ll gain valuable experience across a range of digital systemsfrom learning management and SharePoint sites to course creation tools and AI. You’ll not only learn the technical and administrative side of digital learning, but also have the freedom to innovate, test ideas, and come up with solutions to real challenges.

The Digital Apprentice will play a hands-on role in keeping our digital learning systems running smoothly. The role focuses on:
* Administering the learning management system (LMS)
* Maintaining SharePoint and other digital learning environments
* Supporting the creation of digital learning resources with tools such as Articulate 360
* Generating reports and supporting analysis of learning data
* Liaising with IT, business administration, communications, and external LMS providers to make sure our systems are effective and user-friendly

Key Responsibilities
* Support the day-to-day running of the LMS and ensure course content is up to date
* Help design and create online learning materials using Articulate 360
* Test and explore AI tools that could improve digital learning delivery
* Assist with maintaining SharePoint and digital document systems
* Produce reports on learning activity and outcomes
* Support the development of a centralised learning hub for all staff
* Spot areas for improvement and suggest practical solutions
* Work collaboratively with the L&D team and other departments
* Provide administrative support as needed to ensure smooth operation of digital learning services
Skills, Experience and Qualifications required
* A-level in IT, business studies, or similar (or equivalent experience)
* Computer science degrees are desirable but not essential
* Experience using AI tools in a professional or educational context
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge of SharePoint and MS Teams (nice to have, not essential)
* Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
* Good organisational skills and ability to manage workload
* Eager to learn, adaptable, and able to work independently
* Interest in digital learning systems and creating user-friendly environments
