We are a large Care company that still maintains a warm family feel, with great support networks including regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring for our staff. Bole Aller is a registered care home with 23 beds and currently has 19 residents who receive support from our friendly kind staff team. We would love you to join the team.
We are looking to hire committed and compassionate staff to join our friendly, professional team. Whether you have experience or not, if you want to make a positive impact on the people’s lives that live with us but have no experience within the care industry, we still want to hear from you to give you the opportunity to join us as full training is provided. We will offer NVQ upon passing of probation.
Responsibilities and Duties
Our staff support adults with mental ill-health conditions and learning disabilities in a care home environment, including:
* Supporting daily living skills development
* Personal care
* Community-based activities
* Working with some behaviours which may present as challenging
Our clients require care 24/7, therefore weekend work is required but a shared responsibility to give you some free weekend time. Shift patterns are 7.5 hours. There are opportunities for enhanced overtime rates, although this is not mandatory.
Driving is an advantage but not essential.
