Senior Recruitment Consultant – Bristol | Method Resourcing

What we’re looking for:
You’ll be an experienced recruiter, already hitting your stride and ready to level up.
You should have:
* A track record of consistent billing
* A strong grip on your tech / data / AI market and the ability to talk shop with senior stakeholders
* A desire to build community through content, meetups, and meaningful client/candidate conversations
* A self-starter mindset, you're excited to lead, coach, and shape how Method grows
* A strong personal brand, or the ambition to build one
What you’ll be doing:
* Building and owning your vertical by winning new business, deepening key accounts, and growing your reputation
* Leading training sessions and sharing insight across the team
* Driving cross-sell conversations and connecting our contract and perm markets
* Posting smart, consistent LinkedIn content to grow your brand and Method’s visibility
