Salary: £11,500 per session (depending on experience and responsibilities)

Training Practice: Established training practice affiliated with Plymouth University, training GPs, medical students, nurses, paramedics, and overseas doctors.
Role Responsibilities
Clinical work: each session involves ~16‑17 patient consultations (mix of face‑to‑face and telephone)
Duty doctor: 1 in 4 rota, salaried GPs work a duty day per week
Protected admin time is included with flexible workload management options
What They are Looking For
GMC‑registered GP (or awaiting registration) with a passion for patient care
Strong teamwork skills and commitment to reducing GP burnout
Full UK driving licence would be ideal (required for travel between clinics)
Newly‑qualified GPs are welcome to apply
Interest in innovative practices, including optional private work such as joint injections
