We are actively recruiting in your area to find Healthcare Assistants to join our ever-growing team to work in residential and nursing homes.
You will play a pivotal role in providing excellent support and care for clients, including personal care, assisting with medications, daily activities, and encouraging residents to lead a more fulfilled life.
Our shift patterns include earlies, lates, long days, and night shifts. Our consultants will be happy to advise you on how this works if your application is successful.
Our new training scheme will allow candidates with a minimum of 6 months experience to access the healthcare sector and become high-standard Healthcare Assistants. Daily Tasks of Healthcare Assistants
1. Helping service users undertake personal tasks.
2. Serving food and assisting with eating if needed.
3. Changing sheets and making beds.
4. Using equipment to lift and move service users.
5. Notifying healthcare professionals of abnormal or worrying temperatures, pulse rates, or respiration rates.
