What you’ll be doing
as a Personal Assistant
This is a fast-paced and varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll need to be confident managing multiple priorities, communicating clearly across all levels, and anticipating needs before they arise. If you’re a skilled PA who thrives on being one step ahead and making things happen, we’d love to hear from you. As a Personal Assistant, you will:
1. Act as the first point of contact for enquiries from internal or external customers, meeting and greeting key stakeholders, processing and replying to sensitive and confidential. correspondence on behalf of your Senior Leadership Team (SLT) members and forwarding requests as appropriate.
2. File and maintain data in accordance with GDPR, business procedures, agreed standards and service levels, using company-specific systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
3. Produce standard reports, preparing papers, presentations and documents for use by the SLT members, their teamsor departments, ensuring stakeholders are prepared in advance.
4. Organise meetings, events and departmental activities, following up on actions where appropriate.
5. Book venues as required.
6. Managing busy SLT member diaries, ensuring effective time management.
Base location: Clearwater Court, Reading – Hybrid
Working hours: 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday
What you should bring to the role
To thrive in this role, the essential criteria you’ll need are:
7. Experience in providing personal assistance and administrative support to senior leaders.
8. Experience in managing multiple busy diaries with conflicting priorities.
9. Courteous and highly organised professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Reasonable numeracy skills.
11. Can do a self-starter with the ability to learn and apply knowledge of the business area.
12. Fully competent at using the appropriate Company IT systems and Office software.

13. Competitive salary up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
14. 24 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 with the length of service. (plus bank holidays)
