We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run engineering company based in Stourbridge for an Accounts Administrator. This is a varied, hands-on role within a small, close-knit team – ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership of both the day-to-day finances and the general running of the office. As an Accounts Administrator, you’ll be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, managing all core bookkeeping activities, and supporting general office administration. The company uses Xero and Excel, so previous experience with both will be essential, along with a background in a similar SME environment. The role is part-time, working Monday to Thursday, 9am–4pm, with some flexibility available if needed – making it a great fit for someone looking to balance work and home life.
