We are seeking talented Sales Advisors to join our New store in Hexham
You will be operationally strong, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a well organised store environment.
Your key areas of focus:
1. You will be responsible for opening and/or closing the store and ensuring that proper store procedures and policies are followed when store management is not on duty or unavailable on the floor.
2. To always implement a high level of customer service.
3. To take responsibility for tasks designated by the manager.
4. Maintaining standards in order to meet operational needs of the store.
5. Handling customer inquiries professionally.
