We are working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive secondary school in Kettering that is looking to appoint a committed Pastoral Officer from September. The school would ideally like to appoint on a permanent basis, although long-term supply or fixed-term contract arrangements will be considered for the right candidate. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting students' personal development, attendance, behaviour, and emotional wellbeing while working as part of an experienced pastoral team.
