About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director, you'll take ownership of several developments, managing site-based sales teams and supporting them to deliver results across reservations, legal completions, and customer satisfaction. You'll also play a hands-on role in launching new sites, managing staffing plans, and working closely with marketing and build teams to ensure each development reaches its full potential.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisers across multiple developments
* Monitor sales performance, pricing, incentives, and overall customer journey
* Manage site launches, show home standards, and local marketing activity
* Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the team
* Ensure full compliance with internal sales processes and procedures
* Liaise with build, commercial and customer care teams to maintain high standards from sale through to handover
