To support enterprise, division, and subdivision risk governance forums through the creation and
application of standard and customized content, reporting and business analytics.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Develops and maintains standard and customized reporting for the enterprise and divisional risk teams.
2. Coordinates cross-divisional risk efforts and ensures alignment with enterprise objectives and goals.
3. Drives risk forum agenda topics, and organizes and facilitates meetings (e.g., enterprise wide, divisional
team, partner panels, etc.).
4. Assist leadership in crafting a risk culture in Europe IT organization and encouraging self-identified risks
to surface
5. Facilitates the documentation, follow-up, and reporting on action items for enterprise and divisional risk
governance forums.
6. Ensures consistency of risk management reporting approaches with the Enterprise Risk Management
Team.
7. Understands and leverages the risk management frameworks, utilizing the concepts when analyzing
and discussing risk exposures.
8. Supports external event trending and tabletop scenario analysis sessions.
9. Provides guidance and motivation, as needed, to less experienced team members.
10. Participates in special projects and performs other duties, as assigned.
11. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Qualification
* Relatable IT experience, or working closely with IT Delivery teams in an Agile approach
* Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
* Minimum three years general business experience.
* Familiarity with risk management theory and experience in applying risk management
concepts.
* Strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Access including their reporting
capabilities.
* The ability to complete an internal risk management certification.
