Senior Lawyer – Property & Regeneration
Our client, a forward-thinking and purpose-led public sector organisation, is looking for a Senior Property & Regeneration Lawyer to join their dynamic legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be at the heart of exciting regeneration projects, contributing directly to the transformation of local spaces and the lives of those who live in them.
What you'll be doing:
* Providing expert legal advice across a range of property and regeneration matters
* Supporting high-profile projects with clear, practical legal guidance
* Managing a varied and complex caseload with confidence
* Preparing clear instructions and briefs for external legal advisers and counsel
* Deputising for the Principal Lawyer and contributing to the leadership of the team
What we're looking for:
* A qualified Solicitor or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives
* Solid experience in property and regeneration law
* Knowledge of local authority legislation and how it applies in practice
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to offer innovative legal solutions
