The Role
You’ll work on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including:
* Advising on contracts, policies, handbooks, and HR processes
* Managing disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, and restructuring issues
* Handling TUPE, discrimination, whistleblowing, and dismissal claims
* Representing clients in Employment Tribunal and High Court proceedings
* Supporting executive exits, board-level disputes, and settlement agreements
* Contributing to training, business development, and mentoring initiatives
You’ll have exposure to excellent quality work and supported by senior colleagues who encourage progression and provide a collaborative platform for you to grow your profile and client base.
What You’ll Bring
* At least 4 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law
* A strong technical background and the confidence to run your own matters
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* A practical, commercially focused mindset
* A genuine interest in supporting and developing others within the team
