Here at Dentalcare Group, we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly and professional team in Dentalcare Langley Orthodontics. We are a mixed NHS/Private practice who pride ourselves in putting our patients first and ensuring that we provide the best care.
About the Role
1. You will be managing a 3 surgery practice
2. This is a permanent, full-time role
3. You will work a 40-hour work week, between the hours of 8am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday
4. Managing the clinical governance system and maintaining practice policies including Health & Safety
5. Recruitment of support and clinical staff;
6. Management of team to include: Rotas, Appraisals as well as inductions
7. Promoting a team environment and culture that is committed to executing a first-class service to our patients
8. Build productive relationships with associates, supporting strong engagement and retention through regular touch base sessions
9. Ensure quality for our patients through full compliance with all internal and legislative requirements (e.g. Health and Safety, CQC, Clinical Governance, Company policy)
10. Support and resolve any employee relations issues to a satisfactory conclusion
11. Ensure that the practice is offering the best proposition through their opening hours
12. Ensure each practice is building their reputation in their local area as the ‘go to’ dental practice.
About You
13. Leadership and team management.
14. Good communication skills and ability to work with the public.
15. Reliable.
16. Ability to work in a team.
17. Ability to understand and work with budgets, targets and KPI's.
18. Previous orthodontic dental management experience is essential
19. Be friendly, flexible, highly motivated, and able to work well under pressure
20. A profound sense of professionalism and dedication is required for this role
