We’re partnering with a global real estate investment platform with a diverse portfolio across logistics, student accommodation, and pan-European real estate equity.
This is a high-impact role within a well-regarded investment platform, offering exposure to both UK and European assets, working closely with senior leadership.
The Role
Reporting into Senior Leadership, you will take ownership of financial oversight across student accommodation assets, working closely with both internal stakeholders and outsourced providers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Full ownership of the financial reporting cycle across designated assets
* Oversight and review of outsourced accounting providers
* Managing month-end and quarter-end processes
* Leading on audit coordination and year-end reporting
* Reviewing and challenging financial outputs from third parties
* Supporting asset-level performance analysis and reporting
* Working closely with internal investment and asset management teams
* Involvement in new mandates and onboarding of assets (including potential EU exposure)
Candidate Profile
* ACA / ACCA qualified with c. 3–5 years PQE
* Strong preference for student accommodation sector experience (operator-side highly desirable)
* Experience across the full accounting cycle, including audit
* Comfortable working with outsourced accounting models
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Exposure to European assets or multi-jurisdictional structures beneficial
* Hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable in a lean team environment
Package & Details
Salary: £75,000 – £85,000
Hybrid working: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
