Job Description
3. Strategic Leadership· Develop and implement enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, standards, policies, and procedures.
4. Lead threat detection, prevention, and incident response programs.
5. Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, CERT-In, DPDP Act, and other regulatory frameworks.
6. Lead incident response, crisis management, and digital forensic investigations in case of security breaches.
7. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and vulnerability scans. Operational Security· Oversee IT security infrastructure and SOC operations.
8. Manage disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BCP) planning.
9. Drive security awareness and training across the organization .Compliance & Governance· Liaise with external agencies (law enforcement, regulators, advisory bodies).
10. Collaborate with IT, legal, compliance, and operations teams to embed security in business processes.
11. Report regularly to executive leadership on security posture and risk metrics. Team Management· Manage a team of cybersecurity professionals and ensure continuous skill development.
The Successful Applicant
In addition to the relevant CISO experience, the successful candidate should have done
12. Experience with Govt agencies and DRDO/ CERT-In/ NTRO/NSC will be preferred.
13. Should be an expert in project execution.
14. Should be well versed with ISO 2701:2022 and all other related certifications in respect of Information and Cyber Security.
