We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm looking to hire a Senior Conveyancing Paralegal into their busy Residential Property team in Northampton.

The Role
You’ll be joining a fast-paced Residential Property team, supporting on a range of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion under supervision.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
* Taking initial client instructions and opening files via the case management system
* Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties via phone and in person
* Drafting and issuing correspondence throughout transactions
* Supporting the Head of Department and acting on instructions
* Time recording and working towards KPI targets
* Assisting with business development and contributing to team growth
* Ensuring compliance with internal quality and case management systems
About You
* Experience within a Residential Property / Conveyancing team required
* Confident handling files under supervision in a busy environment
* Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
* Familiarity with Lexcel standards or structured case management processes is beneficial
