Role Overview
We are looking for a Clinical Team Lead for the Yorkshire & West Humberside region. The role provides oversight and clinical governance to the CSE/CC services in the region.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement service delivery by coordinating assessments and interventions.
* Provide guidance and feedback on assessments and clinical recommendations.
* Support multi‑agency risk assessments related to CSE.
* Offer consultation, advice and guidance to operational and educational colleagues.
* Manage a small caseload of direct work with young people.
* Develop and deliver training packages and bespoke workshops for teams.
* Collaborate closely with the regional manager and regional lead for education to ensure aligned working.
Candidate Profile
* Extensive knowledge of CSE/CC and its impact on young people, families and systems.
* Experience working with children and young people presenting with a range of clinical needs.
* Supervisory experience with both clinical and non‑clinical colleagues.
* Familiarity with therapeutic interventions for children and young people including assessment, formulation and intervention.
* Experience in partnership working, supporting placement objectives, care planning and progression, including routine outcome measures.
* Teaching and training skills.
* Risk assessment and risk planning experience.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Registered with a relevant professional body (HCPC, NMC, SWE, BABCP).
* Relevant qualifications enabling you to offer assessments and interventions.
* Leadership experience, ideally within a multi‑agency safeguarding context.
* Experience working with traumatised individuals, families or systems.
