This role offers the opportunity to apply your psychology knowledge to support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development, working closely with staff to enhance wellbeing and learning outcomes. Psychology Graduate Role Responsibilities: Support pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural needs using psychology-informed strategies. Assist in the development and implementation of individual support plans. Work alongside teachers, teaching assistants, and external agencies to support pupils’ learning and wellbeing. Observe, monitor, and record pupil progress, contributing to reports and reviews. Promote positive relationships, resilience, and confidence in pupils. The Ideal Psychology Graduate Will Have: A degree in Psychology. Experience or interest in working with children, SEN, or behavioural support. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Analytical and reflective approach, able to apply psychology theory to practical support.
