We are looking for a Sustainability Compliance Lead to join the Frontier team, based at Sandy, on a permanent, full-time basis. We are open to hybrid options for this role, with the right candidate working 3 days on site and 2 days from home. Travelling on other Frontier sites and event venues across the UK will be required at times.

You will coordinate and deliver most aspects of ESG and Sustainability compliance reporting and disclosure requirements applicable to our business and support the delivery of Frontier Agriculture's sustainability strategy, The Responsible Choice, throughout the business.

About You

* Expert knowledge of ESG and sustainability principles, frameworks, and best practices is essential.
* Experience working as a sustainability advisor is essential.
* Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.
* Ability to build strong working relationships across the business as a trusted advisor
* Ability to navigate between big-picture strategy and detail-oriented tasks as required.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
* Technically proficient with the ability to interpret and apply ESG legislative changes into the working environment.
* Advanced Excel skills with experience using data collection databases
* Ability to produce accurate work with attention to detail.
* Adaptable to the demands of a growing, diverse business
* Self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team.


Your Role

As a Sustainability Compliance Lead, your role will involve:

* Supervising the production of internal and external ESG and sustainability-related reporting to ensure compliance with all applicable policies and requirements.
* Coordination and collation of relevant data for ESG and Sustainability reporting.
* Maintaining insights into ESG and sustainability-related risks and opportunities, feeding into the central risk reporting team.
* Handling scope 3 emissions calculations and reporting aligned with the business strategy.
* Providing technical insights and support for commercial and corporate sustainability activities.
* Supporting the development and delivery of Frontier's ESG strategy, The Responsible Choice.
* Supervising the creation, implementation, and management of the ESG legal Register to capture compliance and reporting needs.
* Advising on the ESG and sustainability compliance landscape, especially as it relates to agriculture and supply chains.
* Managing relationships with third-party sustainability consultants and advisors.
