A top firm in Chichester is seeking a technically strong Private Client Lawyer to join their established Private Client department. This role focuses on Wills, Probate, Trusts, LPAs, and later-life planning, offering the opportunity to work in a supportive, client-focused environment with a close-knit team.
The Role
* Provide expert advice on Estate Administration, Trusts, Wills, LPAs, and later-life planning.
* Manage client and family expectations with sensitivity and professionalism.
* Handle complex estates and trusts with precision and care.
* Support colleagues by sharing knowledge and mentoring junior team members.
* Contribute to business development and relationship-building within the local market.
The Candidate
* 5+ PQE Solicitor with experience in Private Client work.
* Empathetic and professional when advising vulnerable clients.
* Confident managing complex estates and trusts.
* Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise workloads under pressure.
* Strong communication skills, IT literate, and adaptable to online applications.
* Commercially aware, with a network of contacts and a collaborative approach.
